Your main activity is order processing from the quotation stage, recording orders, preparing export documents, organizing transport (Europe and overseas) and invoicing. You will also operate the telephone switchboard, ensure reception and provide support in travel organization, trade fair preparation, marketing and general correspondence.

What you bring

Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ, if possible with several years of professional experience in a similar position. You are confident with the usual Office programs. You are flexible, service-oriented, proactive and have very good organizational skills. Excellent German and good English skills are required. French is an advantage.
