The SLC NZ 1500 is a fully digital, single-point vibrating wire load cell made of high-quality tool steel for a nominal load of 1,500 kg. It was developed for applications where precise, certifiable measured values and a robust, low-maintenance design are required.
As with all DIGI SENS load cells, a patented vibrating wire transducer converts the force into an electrical signal that can be processed directly by computer. The calibration data is stored in the load cell, making commissioning particularly efficient and enabling replacement without the need for readjustment.
An integrated temperature measurement with active temperature compensation ensures stable results in everyday use. Thanks to its fully hermetic, laser-welded design and IP68 / IP69K rating, the SLC NZ 1500 is ideal for demanding environments.
The SLC load cells are suitable for the calibrated measurement of loads, weights and forces in industrial weighing and process applications. Typical applications include platform and hopper scales, mixers, conveyor/conveyor scales as well as tipping weighing systems in vehicles and robot arm scales.
