The i.ware 4.0 is a walk-in dispensing system with RFID access that precisely records withdrawals and returns on a per-person basis. Precise scales continuously determine all inventory changes and send them to the cloud.
The integrated wallbox screen allows you to display articles, retrieve information, and directly assign withdrawals to cost centers or customer orders. The system supports up to 5,000 storage locations and automatically posts returns as credit notes.
Inventory, reorders, and access rights are centrally controlled on the computer – with a complete overview of all warehouse activities. The i.ware 4.0 integrates seamlessly into existing warehouse management and WMS systems.

The new i.ware 4.0 features a modern design and introduces several innovations. The large touchscreen can be used to enter cost centers, customer orders, project numbers, or patient numbers.
Using the optional LTE modem, data can be exchanged independently of inaccessible networks so that information on stock and withdrawals is available in the cloud in real time to support your inventory management. The i.ware 4.0 can be seamlessly integrated into existing warehouse management software and warehouse management systems. This enables an efficient warehouse management solution that optimizes the entire inventory process. In addition, the i.ware 4.0 can be combined with intelligent vending machines and goods issuing systems to further improve the management of materials and promote the digitalization of your business.
