Composition of the mobile scale
The dynamic refuse scale from DIGI SENS essentially consists of three different components:

- The BB type acceleration cells or BJ type tilt cell for compensation of inclination and motion accelerations.

The ELEIRO weighing computer is used to evaluate and process measurement data from DIGI SENS transducers. It is designed in particular for applications in which the cell signals have to be linked in real time, often using complex algorithms. The ELEIRO computer has an OIML certificate and is therefore predestined for certified weighing applications.

The ED21/SO 1,500 kg and 7,500 kg load cells have been specially designed for use on trucks and, in combination with a weighing computer, allow for legal-for-trade weighing.

Acceleration Cell Type BB
The BB acceleration cell measures acceleration by means of a differential capacitor made of silicon, in which the deflection of the middle capacitor plate is measured. It was specially developed for dynamic weighing.

The ELEIRO Touch is the operating terminal for the ELEIRO weighing computer. The touchscreen provides simple and intuitive access to the complete ELEIRO user menu. The display shows the measurement results and the operating modes.

Oscillating wire crane load cell made of high-quality tool steel, for a nominal load of up to 2500 kg and up to 5000 kg.
As with all DIGI SENS load cells, a vibrating wire transducer is used to convert the force or load into an electrical signal. This patented element provides a signal that can be processed directly by a computer. The calibration data is stored in the electronics of the load cell. An integrated temperature measurement ensures active temperature compensation.
